Delete your account

Full steps for iPhone, iPad and Android: Delete your account.

  1. Open the game and tap Me.
  2. Open Settings and scroll to Account & cloud save.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and cloud data are deleted from our servers straight away. Leaderboard history is kept as "Deleted player", purchase records are kept without your player ID for accounting, and a free-trial claim is kept only as a one-way hash to prevent trial abuse — see the Privacy Policy. Deleting the app does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. If you cannot open the game, email us from the address linked to your account or include your player ID and we will delete it for you.

Restore purchases

  1. Sign in on the new device with the same Apple ID you used to buy.
  2. In the game, tap Me › Garage › Restore purchases (also available on the Game mode card in Me › Profile).

To bring back your company and progress too, protect your account with Sign in with Apple or Game Center (Me › Settings › Account & cloud save) and sign in with the same account on the new device.

Subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Cancel them in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Hesabınız ve bulut verileriniz sunucularımızdan hemen silinir. Sıralama geçmişi "Deleted player" olarak kalır, satın alma kayıtları muhasebe için oyuncu kimliğiniz olmadan saklanır ve ücretsiz deneme kaydı, denemenin kötüye kullanılmasını önlemek için yalnızca tek yönlü bir özet (hash) olarak tutulur — ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası'nda. Satın alımları geri yükleme

  1. Yeni cihazda satın alırken kullandığınız Apple kimliğiyle oturum açın.
  2. Oyunda Ben › Garaj › Satın alımları geri yükle'ye dokunun (Ben › Profil'deki Oyun modu kartında da vardır).

Şirketinizi ve ilerlemenizi de geri getirmek için hesabınızı Apple ile Giriş veya Game Center ile koruyun (Ben › Ayarlar › Hesap ve bulut kaydı) ve yeni cihazda aynı hesapla giriş yapın.

Abonelikler ve iadeler

Abonelikler Apple tarafından faturalandırılır. iOS Ayarları › adınız › Abonelikler bölümünden iptal edebilirsiniz. İadeleri Apple reportaproblem.apple.com üzerinden yapar.
